When I made coffee and put in the full amount of water (filled up to the top notch with the number 9), after it 'finished' and was sputtering with air, there was still a good cup of water left in the chamber when I opened it up after it cooled down. The question is: When I make coffee and leave the pot on the stove until it seems finished (liquid stops coming out and it starts sputtering air), should there be any liquid left inside at the bottom of the pot?
